Week 1 - 19% body fat, 50kg

The first day, David made sure there were lots of cardio exercises to really get my fitness up and build my stamina. I really enjoyed it as it helps me feel very pumped up and rearing to go. I had never done weights before.. never touched a dumbbell ever. David introduced things to be one muscle group at a time and explained the process of it which help me really feel the muscle that was being focused on the exercise. This was important as I really lacked chest and back muscles and some exercises designed for those areas, I felt it was only my arms doing all the work. David told me to be patient, it was okay if I didn't feel the chest/back muscles yet, but they will get there.

Week 2 - 17% to 15% body fat

I had made huge progress with the fat loss in week one and this really motivated me to continue into week two. I was seeing the numbers drop on the scales every day! Sometimes I would weigh myself twice a day and I would weigh less in the evening than the morning. Everything I was doing and following was working. I had never lost weight like this before yet felt so strong and energised. It felt more like routine now, adjusting to the training, mainly focussing on losing weight with weight training which I was learning quickly and already at day 10 there was development in my back muscles! At day 14... my love handles were no more!

Week 3 - 15% to 12% body fat

I had kept week 1 and 2 of my diet very simple and clean as possible but it was time to spice things up so it was a good time to introduce Sriracha sauce and jalapeƱos. I was really enjoying the meal prep as I do love my food and making the boxes was therapeutic and eating them was amazing. I definitely was fitter as I started running and able to smash out 5k runs outside.. this was in December in the cold British weather. Dave introduced me to "double cardio days" which I committed myself to, wasn't easy but I really felt fitter than ever doing them.

Week 4 - 12% to 10% body fat

Weight training has become serious! We did a video comparing my back from week 2 and week 4 and the change is dramatic. I was shocked as it wasn't until I saw the videos that I could see how much has changed, I was much slimmer and my muscles were popping out from places I didn't have muscles. Dave was great at ensuring everything was being developed, no area was missed, he literally just built me muscle by muscle.

Day 31 - 9.5% body fat, 46kg

Photoshoot day! I got clear instructions and support from Dave in the lead up the day 31 as this was my first big milestone. I was at 46kg, I had not seen this weight in over 10 years! First time in my life to have ever looked this way. I felt amazing, I felt so strong, my skin was immaculate and I was so focussed on seeing what I could do in the next 2 months I still had to go.

Weeks 5-8

Dave ensured the weight training was intensified to grow me, now that my fitness and stamina was at its peak. I was doing more reps, more sets, training each muscle group twice a week. The biggest hurdle was facing Christmas and New Year. Key times of big eating sessions for me. I knew I had to stay focused no matter what but I also knew it was going to be hard. I guess what got me through was knowing it was only going to be this ONE Christmas that I would need to chill out with in terms of food to set me for life. It had to be done, it was the only way and I owed it to myself to do this. Plus I had Dave's voice in my head saying "No!!" whenever I saw temptation. He has put everything in supporting me each week so I knew I couldn't let him down.

Day 65

After being on the program for 2 months, I was lean AND strong now! My muscles pop out, I am seeing the lines and shape and definition. I know what I am doing in the gym.. and I am loving it. I have also not bought so much gym stuff and loving my new look! It actually feels weird if I don't go to the gym.. every day I feel improvement and growth and it is so empowering. A long way from what I was before.

Weeks 9-12

Big push on the last 30 days, Dave trained harder and kept pushing me forward. The team at Prestige had really educated me from every aspect of living a healthy lifestyle. I really felt in this last month that I understood what foods worked for me, how I can lose weight, what things made me feel very bloated... I found ways to stop my cravings for sugar and found alternatives to sugar. This last month was when my habits really took a changed, a change that I will carry on for the rest of my life.

Day 90

I made it!!! It felt amazing to reach the end of the transformation. The team was there to celebrate with me. I was also quite sad to think it was all coming to an end as this journey had become such a big part of my life. However, I have made friends for life with the guys at Prestige and I feel completely transformed. I could not have made it nor had such a dramatic change in just 90 days. I really owe so much to them as I know I will maintain this way of life from now on. There is no going back now.
