Our consultation is to determine where you are in your health and fitness levels at present. And to structure a 'new you' plan of action, finding you the most suitable training program. Consultations can be booked in and across week days from: early mornings to evening times. Also weekends including Sunday. 8 Week Melt Down


3 days per week for 8 weeks.

For women and men the 8 week melt down allows you to train 3 days a week for 8 weeks, getting the most incredible results you could achieve. This program is yours to achieve any of the personal results you want and we personalise your entire training program for fat loss, weight loss, muscle gain and getting you in any category. All with the professional training structure to achieve the maximum results possible. You will dive straight into an intensive training program which is completely mapped out for you every day for 8 weeks.

You can expect to see results in the first 10 days of your program, from a new and bespoke training plan, and also customised meal plans to suit your life style and body. It's very common for our clients to have dropped a considerable amount of body fat in just 3 weeks on this program and continue to see that change week in week out for 8 straight.

8 week meltdown program

The 8 week melt down is fast based results program. Design to suit your goal preferences in any way. This program can be completed in 3 flexi instalments of 300, and you have the preference to choose the dates over your program that suits.

Typically you will pay a deposit to start. A second instalment at week 4 or 5, and your final instalment at the end of your program. THE TRANSFORMER


3 days per week for 12 weeks.

For fat loss, melt down and muscle gain. The transformer gives you 3 sessions a week for 12 weeks to completely change your body composition. Our sole mission is to transform your body on this program and give you the best results you've ever seen. 12 weeks is the optimal time to achieve impressive results, and in the areas you want them such as: fat loss, toning, fitness, muscle building, sports conditioning entire transformation and more. Whatever your goal we will get you to be the best results you can be. It's typical for our clients to have better results in the first 4 weeks, than they have had in years.

On this 12 week program you will see results every week from start to finish. It's a given. Your 3 day intensive training sessions will allow you to focus on training with us on the specific areas you need. And to complete your own personalised program 2-3 days outside of your personal training.

We design you a full diet and meal plans for 12 weeks. All based on your personal body composition, your life style and diet requirements to optimise your training for maximum results. The Transformer gives you everything you need to change your body for the last time.

For the ultimate fat loss melt down and muscle gain goals. The life changer gives you 3 training sessions a week for 16 weeks. This program is responsible for some of the best results we've ever achieved for our clients at Prestige.

This is an intensive 16 week training program to completely over haul your body, and get you the upmost incredible results in the shortest time possible. By training 3 days a week, our clients, being you, achieve mostly everything they want in the first 8 weeks. And the next 8 weeks is dedicated to absolutely refining your body to its maximum potential.

This program is popular for weight loss and muscle gain goals and is truly a reflection of what we do a Prestige. We change lives not only physically but mentality too. This program is a journey for you and your trainer to focus and just achieve results. We will be honest in saying, expect the achieve the very best results of your entire life.
