Training with prestige at their private studio has been fun enjoyable and completely life changing. The last 5 years I've intensely tried to put weight and size on, but nothing has seemed to work. In just 6 weeks training with Dave 3 x a week I've put on 3 kilograms of lean muscle and feel fantastic. I'm looking forward to the summer to show this body off!

I have trained with lots of trainers before and Dave beats them hands down. I struggle to find motivation to exercise beyond what i need to. Dave has such funny convincing ways of getting me to realise if i don't exercise i will suffer, his voice is in my mind every time I'm running 10ks now. The best part about our training is its not boring, it's so fresh he explains to me every session what we are doing and why. I love it and will happily continue

I've known of David's amazing work with clients. I only wish we'd have started sooner. The first session was very simple to follow and a structure of laying the right foundations for me reaching my goal of 2 stone weight loss. As a nutritionist i know how to eat but how to train is a different story. David specialist techniques with kettles bells, resistance training, bonkers parachute training. I reached my goal in a matter of 4 months and 3 months later i have kept this off!

I quite literally found prestige fitness on Google so I didn't have very high expectations but I did know that I needed someone to motivate me to get fit and tone up. After 10 sessions with mike my body shape has completely morphed, my fitness levels have shot up beyond recognition and I can not only now run but really pace, - something I have never been able to do! I have now signed up for another block of sessions and miraculously managed to make a fitness routine part of my life. Mike has set me realistic goals which I have managed to achieve, advised me on my diet (diet is the wrong word my nutrition he keeps saying :) and generally bullied, lied and manipulated me [in the most positive way !] into being a healthier, fitter and much happier person.

As someone who is not very confident in the gym I sometimes struggle seeing other body shapes that I aspire to be like. Prestige offered that privacy and that 1-1 training which boosted my confidence in the gym. As trainer, Dave educates and listens to his clients. As my confidence grew, he took me out jogging round Manchester and at first I felt nervous, but that went pretty quickly as it was fun. However, what really impressed me was when I became seriously ill and worried that I would not be able to train as result. Dave researched not only the condition, but also the treatment and suggested ways I kept active as a result. He offered to accompany to the doctors' surgery to understand more of what I could and couldn't do. As result, Dave helped my rehabilitation, not just physically, but mentally as well. Even though I am no longer in Manchester, Dave keeps an eye on me. He offers an ear if I need it, as well as hints and tips so that I remain active. Overall I am very impressed by his commitment and the prestige brand as a whole.

Friendly reliable and highly professional, i wanted to lose weight and tone up, i needed flexibility and someone to meet my mad working hours. I'm use to a big commercial gyms but i love the private studio it's amazing what can be achieved. On our first session we had a really big chat to figure out exactly to detail what i wanted and we never really digressed. I have had 2 personal trainers before ... a lot of money and not a lot of results. Out of the training hours we are always in communication to keep me on track and monitor my progress. Fabulous.

I started training with Dave Donaldson after I injured my ankle playing football leaving me unable to walk. I regularly train at fitness first but after my injury I found it very hard to train and moving around the gym was very difficult so going to Dave's private gym and having professional advice on how to train around this injury really helped. I have been able to train effectively and am relieved to get out of the house finally.
Travelling from London to Scotland every other day with my job is extremely hard to fit in 1 hour in the gym, the hours i do have is used very beneficially with prestige fitness. In 60 mins i achieve a lot more that the boring machines in the gym. Dave issued me a 15 min daily in 2 weeks my heart rate has gone from an unhealthy 72 beats per minute to a safe 60 beats per minute I'm very happy with this!

The proof really is in the pudding i have trained with Dave 3 x a week for 6 weeks and i have lost 9 solid pounds. I have kept to a very organised nutrition plan which i thought was going to be rabbit food but turned out to be great. The sessions are just amazing ... awesome we use new fitness tools i haven't seen before which are lots of fun! Highly recommend!
